Kresby TP 316 is a high-performance dispersing agent and processing aid for plastic and rubber applications. It is specially developed to improve the dispersion of fillers and pigments, particularly Calcium Carbonate, carbon black and various color pigments, throughout the polymer matrix. Improved dispersion contributes to better surface quality, more uniform color distribution and more stable processing performance.
Kresby TP 316 helps improve the flow and processability of plastic and rubber compounds used in calendering, extrusion, transfer moulding and other moulding processes. By promoting a more homogeneous distribution of fillers and additives, it supports smoother processing and more consistent production results.
Kresby TP 316 is compatible with a wide range of thermoplastics including PE, PP, ABS and PS. It can also be used in various rubber compounds such as NR, BR, EPDM, CR, NBR, IIR, CSM, EVA, ECO and CM, making it a versatile dispersing and processing additive for different polymer formulations.
Based on a combination of fatty acid derivatives and metal soap, Kresby TP 316 is suitable for applications requiring efficient filler dispersion, pigment dispersion, calcium carbonate dispersion and carbon black dispersion. It is particularly useful in formulations containing high levels of mineral fillers or reinforcing additives where uniform distribution and improved processability are important.
